This little bundle of sweetness wins the award for easiest baby. She was so happy and relaxed - she just slept and ate! Thanks, Norah, for making my job so easy. You were a pleasure to work with! Introducing Caroline. I had the honor of photographing her at just 10 days new. She was born on 1/5/15 and couldn't be more perfect. Her mom Sarah did a fantastic job preparing for our session and brought a sleepy baby with a full belly. Caroline was a joy to work with. She hardly made a peep! It's clear that Caroline's mom is in love. She told me that when Caroline was born, her first thought was "She was so beautiful and strong. I couldn't believe she was mine. I was in love at first sight." Isn't that so sweet? We love when clients bring sentimental items with them to their session. Those items always help create really meaningful photographs. Sarah brought her wedding bouquet, which added a soft, creamy element to this photo. Sarah had this advice for expectant moms who are interested in getting newborn photographs taken: "I was so relaxed and at ease with Robin handling Baby Caroline… Leave it to the professionals and learn from how great Robin is with the baby." Thanks Sarah and Caroline!
A few previews from my session today with Grady at 8 days old. He slept really well and we even got a bunch of images of him smiling!
I've been busy editing a handful of sessions over the past couple weeks but wanted to share a fun session I did last weekend for Helen Owens of Helen Owens Fitness in Franklin. If you're looking for somewhere to take fitness classes, give Helen's classes a try. She's really nice, super fun and full of energy.
I've been terrible about blogging lately! Need to work on that this summer.
A preview from one of my sessions this past weekend with an adorable family at Elm Bank in Wellesley. What a gorgeous day for an outdoor session! It finally feels like spring. I had a great time this morning with a wonderful family at Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield. It's a beautiful park with plenty of nice places for photos.
I photographed the sweetest newborn today with my partner in crime, Kelly Buckley of I AM Photography. Miss Clover is 9 days old and still very sleepy. She slept through our entire session and was so easy and fun to work with. Here are a few previews from her session today:
I've noticed that a lot of potential clients have had similar questions about photo sessions lately so I thought I'd start a blog post with some of the most frequently asked questions. (Literally cutting and pasting from client inquiries)
